What we can prove — and what we can’t yet

A trust page usually lists awards. Ours lists sources. Every claim on this site is either measured, attributed, or absent — and this page shows you how to read each kind.

We're not the site with the success rate. We're the site that tells you where the number came from — and says nothing where it knows nothing.

Delivery honesty

Every success rate on this site is either measured from our own orders — shown with the sample size and the time window — or a named supplier's figure we pass through and label as theirs. Where we have neither, we say so. We never show a number we can't source.

That pledge compiles down to exactly three states. Every success figure you will ever see on this site renders as one of them — there is no fourth, and there is no site-wide average.

Measured

Our own orders, counted. The percentage comes from real orders we placed and tracked on that exact route, and it never appears without the sample size and the time window it covers. This is the only state that gets a colour, and the only state we will ever use in marketing copy.

Supplier-reported

A supplier's figure, labelled as theirs. When an upstream supplier publishes a rate for a route we haven't measured, we pass it through in an outlined chip with the supplier's name and reading time — and no colour, because colour would read as our endorsement. Supplier placeholder values are suppressed entirely rather than displayed.

No data

The honest empty state. Where we have neither a measurement nor a usable supplier figure, we don't show a dash, a zero or a blank cell — we show a sentence. In our first weeks this is most routes. That is what a truthful launch looks like, not a defect.

Uptime

We don’t have a measured uptime figure yet.

So there is no number here, no chart, and no borrowed industry average. The live status page ships with the measurement pipeline — once it is running, this section shows what it records from the first day of real data onward, including the bad days. Until then, an empty section is the only honest one.

The status page will carry the raw feed.

Data retention

Your codes are yours. We auto-delete received messages after 24 hours — often you're the only one who ever sees them.

One promise, two clocks. Message content is deleted within 24 hours — the sensitive part is gone before most breaches, subpoenas or idle curiosity could reach it. Separately, the minimal billing and anti-money-laundering records the law requires us to keep stay on their own statutory clocks. The two never conflict: fast deletion of content is possible precisely because those small records are kept apart. The full schedule is in our Privacy Policy.

Refund promise

If a code doesn't arrive, you don't pay. We auto-refund your wallet within 5 minutes when a number fails to receive a valid code. No form, no waiting. Refunds go to your readynum balance instantly and never expire. Prefer a card refund? Ask support and we'll send it back the way you paid within 5 business days.

The same text, byte for byte, appears in the app at the moment you rent and in the API docs — divergence between those surfaces is treated as a defect, not a copy quirk. The mechanics — the hard timeout, the free re-roll, wallet-first refunds and card refunds — are spelled out on the refund policy page.

Payments

PCI-compliant card processing — we never store card numbers.

Card details go straight to the payment processor and never touch our servers. The processors of record are named at checkout — and only there, until contracts are signed. We don’t name a payment partner on this page as a live fact before it is one.

When a processor is signed, the accepted methods, the minimums and each processor of record will be stated in one place that every surface renders from — so the checkout, the terms and this page cannot quietly drift apart. Until then we name none of them, here or in the footer.

Compliance

The rules we hold users to are published, not implied — and the rules we hold ourselves to are published in the same place. We disclose user data only on valid legal process; and because message content deletes within 24 hours, the honest answer to most requests for old messages is that we no longer have them.
